submitted to you by the Secretary of State for
Commonwealth Relations in his minute Gerial
Number 48/49 of the 10th May.
I am sending a copy of this minute to the
Minister of Defence, the Secretary of state for
the Colonies and the Secretary of State for
Commonwealth Relations.
