A supply of Defence stores must be held forward at all times. After the present Erigade/Police/RE reconnaissance has been completed and the necessary work done, Brigado HQ will forward their requirements for a forward holding and the place at which they wish to hold the stores. This is a far too heavy item to be moved forward with ease at the last moment.
