I often used to speak to Mr Woodsook about it, and Xr
Woodcock raised the question, in that Minute to the
President, you have just read. The result was that we
had then a comparison giving the amount of coal bar
derivatives in these two substahoes, and the Board
decided that Carbolonene was not as good as Jeyes Fluid.

It had been used all the time that I ma in the Colony,
until it was given up. Quantity varied of course with the
