Inspector bluffs that man, and the man does it. Is
there any record of these notices kept by you, and is
it brought to your notice when a person has abatɛd a
nuisance on a small pencil notice. Does it necessarily
dome before you at all, that be has ever been called
upon to abate a nuisance ?
