I am speaking definitely about notices calling upon/3136 owners to reconstruct parts of their property served by Senior Inspectors, who had no auth ority from anyone that you are aware of, to do it. I mean to say a

superior officer.

Clark. The question only aropped up at one of our Inspectors' Meetings, the other day. Some of the Inspectors said they were not serving small notices, and some of the Inspectors have been serving small notices, in their Districts. There was no hard and fast
