Times today publishes report from their correspondent in Hong Kong dated 13th January that terrorists are operating in the colony under the name of the Overseas Youth Action Organisation with the declared object of "upsetting the orders of the British Government and ending foreign rule in Hong Kong" Report etates that there have been homb outrages and that Peninsula Hotel is now threatened.
