Times today publishes report from their correspondent in Hong Kong dated 13th January that terrorists are operating in the colony under the name of the Overseas Youth Action Organisation with the declared object of "upsetting the orders of the British Government and ending foreign rule ia Hong Kong" Report states that there have been bomb outrages and that Peninsula Hotel is now threatened,
