Open communication envisaged in peragraph 6 of
my telegram No. 329 must I think await settlement of points commented on in your telegran No. 406 and I fear that there is no chance of this communication being sent before Hazlerigg's departure on 5th April.
2. I will telegraph further as soon as I can on points referred to in your telegram No. 406 and paragraph 7 of my telegram No. 329 and also on general question of publication, I shall naturally make every endeavour to secure that this is done before your own departure.
