For the simple reason that there is one at Kowloon, one at East Point, and one in the Central, and I am working practically in the West, and I am only working under one, but I have seen the working of two more for
a few months. I cant practically therefore speak of
the Central, East Point and Kowloon.

Under section 2 of the Standing Ordere for Senior 19883 Sanitary Inspectors, it says "They shall act generally under the instructions of the H. O. H. and shall supervise the work of the District Irspectors of Nuisances, reporting to the M. 0. H. under whom they
are working, any delinquencies on their part which may come to their knowledge". Do you think they do that? Slack, - that is to be beneficial to our Department
in general.
