It is. They have got two District Inspectors under them, and it is their duty to sea that the District Inspectors carry out the Bye Laws to the full extent, according to the Standing Orders for District

Inspectors.

I presume the dust carts are once a week, and the dust boats once a month. I believe it was written on the

Standing Orders.
