I was Resident Medical officer in the St Eary Abbott's

Infirmary, Kensington, London. W.

From 1835 to 1887,

I was District Medical Officer for one of the Districts

of the Parish of St Mary Abbotts, I forget the number,

District Medical Officer of the Northern District of

St Mary Abbotts Parish, Kensington, and also during

that time I was in private practice in St Mary Abbotta Parish, Kensington. I may say that while I have been at

home on leave, since my appointment here, I have been
