In addition to construction of new permanent barracks extensive roucnstruction will be required on existing barracks:

VICTORIA DARRICKS are badly damaged, and are old fashioned. Thoy will require improvement and rehabilitation.

WHUAFLEID BARRACKS, Although little damage has been done, the barracks do not come up to modern standards. They were built to accommolate Indian troops and require much altoration to fit them for any troops, particularly British.
