FUTURE GARRISON OF HONG KONG
Memorandum by the War Office
As invitud ye have examined a telugrant from S.A.C.S.E.A. in which ho gives his recomendations for the Punco-Timo Garrison in Hong Kong.
We have prepared a Draft Report to the Defence Committee at Annox, which we recommend that the Chiefs of Staff approve.
We also recourund that the Scerotary be instructud to forward a copy of the Report to th. Colonial Office in order that they may submit thoir viows to the Defuncu Committoo.
