On a small point, we suggest that
the first sentence of Annex V to the
Note should read "We understand from
the Colonial Office that the Hong
Kong Defence Committee recently
submitted to the South East Asia
Defence Commites a reports.", since the report was actually, according to our information, forwarded not to
