The Colonial Office in order that they could advise the Hong Kong Civil Administration direct thus assisting the Communications Board's activitics. He thought the Colonial Office was the correct Department to assist in this matter and if the Committee agreed he proposed that
Mr. Mogson be asked to signal the Hong Kong Civil Administration
requesting thom to give the Communications Bor.rd every assistance.
The Committee approved, and Mr.Megson said the Colonial Office would send a signal to the Hong Kong Civil Administration asking for every assistance to be afforded to the Hong Kong Signals Board.
