If more than 40 minutes treatment is required at oue time, the cost of two treatments will be charged.

RADIUM TREATMENT :—

Simple entaneous applications (involving no surgical procedure or making of applicators).

$30 for single treatment.

$60 for two or more treatinents of same lesion.

OTHER TREATMENTS :—Minimum charge $650. For applications of radium amounting to more than 5,000 milligramme-hours, charges to be at the rate of $12 per 1,000 milligramme-hours, advancing by units of 1,000 milligramme-hours, with a maximum charge of $300.

NB. The above charges are exclusive of any surgical fees chargeable for inserting the radium, and are for first class patients; second class patients will be charged at half rates. Third class patients will be free.

The Director of Medical Services has discretionary power to waive all or part of any of the above charges.

OFFICIAL ADMINISTRATOR'S COMMISSION :—

A commission at the rate of 5% on the first $1,000, 24 % on the next $4,000 anıl 1% on the balance, or such lower rate or rates, as the court may approve on the application of the Official Administrator in the ease of any particular estato, shall be chargeable on the gross value of all property of whatsoever nature received or taken possession of, or realised or otherwise dealt with, by the Official Administrator undor this Ordinance,
