OILS AND FATS.
Imports totalled $40.0 millions as compared with $34.0 millions, and exports $88.1 millions as compared with $25.7 millions.
Imports of Land totalled 56,000) piculs ($1.6 millions) as compared with 47,000 piculs ($982,000), and exports 70,688 piculs ($2.3 millions) as compared with 71,222 piculs ($1.6 millions). United Kingdom totalled 62,000 piculs as against 63,000 pieuls.

Imports of Petrol increased from 9,488,000 gallons ($3.7 millions) to 10,094,000 gallons ($4.3 millions), and exports decreased from 8,241,000 gallons ($4.1 millions) to 7,970,000 gallons ($5.2 millions). Imports from the Netherlands Eust Indies increased whilst those from the U.S.A. decreased,
Imports of Fuel Oil decreased from 182,000 tons ($7.1 millions) to 147,000 tons ($7.0 millions), and exports from 92,000 tons ($4.1 millions) to 71,000 tons (33.8 millions).
Imports of Kerosene increased from 21.8 million gallons ($7.8 millions) to 26.1 million gallons ($8.0 millions), and exports from 4.4 million gallons ($1.6 millions) to 10.7 million gallons ($5.1 millions). Imports from the Netherlands East Indies increased from 6.3 million gullons to 18.0 million gallons, whilst imports from U.8.A. decreused from 15.5 million gallous to 8.1 million gallons.
Imports of Lubricating Oil increased from 1.9 million gallons ($1.3 millions) to 2.0 million gallons ($1.4 millions), whilst exports decreased from 1.8 million gallons ($1.1 millions) to 1.7 million gallons ($1.5 millions).
PAINTS.
Imports totalled $1.8 millions as compared with $1.5 millions, and exports $1.4 millions as compared with $1.2 millions.
PAPER AND PAPERWARE,
Imports totaled $13.4 millions as compared with $8.9 millions, and exports $7.9 millious as compared with $5.6 millions.
Imports of Chinese Paper increased from 77,000 pieuls ($1.3 millions) to 93,000 piculs ($1.4 millions), Old Newspapers from 288,000 pieuls ($661,000) to 282.000 piculs ($1.1 millions).
PIECE GOODS AND TEXTILES.
Imports totalled $67.7 millions as compared with $52.7 millions, and exports $40.1 millions as compared with $34.1 millions.
