ENGAGEMENT AND DISCHARGE FEES:
In addition to the engagement or discharge fees there shall be paid a fee for each)
visit according to the following scale :-

(3.)—Overtime fees where seamen are engaged or discharged.

Before 6 a.m., and after 8 p.m.
