NEW TERRITORIES;—
1. For the Registration of a Conveyance on Sale, to be charged on the amount or value of the consideration money, such consideration money to include any eum payable by the purchaser in respect of any mortgage or other debt remaining upon the property purchased er released by such purchaser to the Vendor.
2. For the Registration of a Lease or Agreement for a lease, to be charged on the amount of annual reut reserved.
8. For the Registration of a Lease executed in pursuance
of duly stamped agreement for the same.
4. For the Registration of a Surrender of a Lease or
cancellation of an Agreement for a Lease.

For the Registration of a Mortgage or Agreement for a Mortgage whether the primary or collateral Security and for every deed or document extending the time of any mortgage and for every transfer of any mortgage, to be calculated upon the principal amount secured, 6. For the Registration of a Reassignment or redemption of any mortgage to be calculated upon the principal amount secured by or under any such mortgage.
7. For the Registration of a Conveyance when no money consideration or merely nominal consideration passes. Provided that when such conveyance is made for the purpose of effecting a partition of lands held by two or į more persons conjointly the Land Officer shall have power to remit the fee payable or such portion thereof as he may think fit.
8. For the registration of a power of attorney.
9. For the registration of any Order or document issued
under the seni of the Supreme Court of Hong Kong / Probate Letters of Administration in respect of any land upon which Stamp or Probate Duty is been paid, Certificate of satisfaction, and all other documents not herein provided for.
10. For every uncertified copy of any instrument of record
per folio of 72 words.
11. For every certified copy of any instrument of record
not exceeding 3 folios of 72 words each.

DENTAL REGISTRATION :—
10 cents for every $10 of part thereof up to $50, if above $50, 50 cents for every $100 or part thereof.

Fee for engagement or discharge of every other seaman
(2.)—Engagement and discharge of seamen on board ship,

The fee for engagement or discharge shall be as in paragraph 1: Provided that where seamen are re-engaged on board the ship at the time of discharge the fee payable shall be the discharge fee plus balf the engagement fee.
