Charges:-

(1) The coast charge per word for messages to and from ships with exception of river boats owned by the Hong Kong, Canton and Macno Steamboat Co.. is 50 centimes per word no minimum.

(2) The const charge per word for messages exchanged with river boats owned by the

Hong Kong, Canton and Macao Steamboat Co. is 20 centimes per word minimum charge Fr. 2.00.

This special rate is only allowable for messages landed in at, or destined for Hong

Kong.

(3) The station charge for messages exchanged with French Indo-China, Kwongchowau

and Siam is 50 centimes per word no minimum.

(4) The station charge for messages exchanged with stations in South China with the

exception of Canton is 40 centimes per word no minimum,

Transmitting gear bas been transferred to Victoria Penk W/T Station (ZBW).

This station is used as a central receiving station.

The transmitters at ZBW and VPS being operated from this point by remote control.
