CHEMISTS AND DRUGGISTS REGISTRATION

An applicant for registration under Section 6 must forward to the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services with his application the sum of twenty-five dollars, which is payable whether or not the applicant is examined in all or any subject, or submits certificates in lieu of examination. This fee shall cover the cost of registration in case the applicant is approved for registration. In case an applicant is not approved for registration or fails in an examination, a fee of fifteen dollars shall be payable in any subsequent application or examination. An applicant who for any good and sufficient reason has been unable to attend an examination arranged for him, may sit again on payment of a reduced fee of ten dollars.

The fee for registration shall be ten dollars payable to the Director of Medical and Sanitary Services.

COMPANIES REGISTRATION

Fees to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares

1. For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Share Capital does not exceed $10,000: $50.00

2. For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Share Capital exceeds $10,000, the above fee of $50, with the following additional fees, regulated according to the amount of Nominal Share Capital (that is to say):

For every $5,000 of Nominal Share Capital, or part of $5,000, up to $25,000 $10.00
For every $10,000 of Nominal Share Capital, or part of $10,000, after the first $25,000, up to $500,000 $3.00
For every $10,000 of Nominal Share Capital, or part of $10,000, after the first $500,000 $3.00

3. For Registration of any Increase of Share Capital made after the first Registration of the Company, the same fees per $10,000, or part of $10,000, as would have been payable if the increased Share Capital had formed part of the Original Share Capital at the time of Registration: Provided that no Company shall be liable to pay in respect of Nominal Share Capital on Registration, or afterwards, any greater amount of fees than $300, taking into account, in the case of fees payable on an Increase of Share Capital after registration, the fees paid on registration.

4. For Registration of any existing Company, except such companies as are by this Ordinance exempted from payment of fees in respect of registration under this Ordinance, the same fee as is charged for registering a new company.

5. For Registering any Document by this Ordinance required or authorised to be registered, other than the memorandum or the abstract required to be filed with the Registrar by a receiver or manager or the statement required to be sent to the Registrar by the liquidator in a winding up: $0.50

6. For making a Record of any fact by this Ordinance required or authorised to be recorded by the Registrar: $3.00
