FURTHER FEES.

Subject to the provisions of this Ordinance with respect to fees und costs and to any rules made thereunder the same fees and percentages and solicitors' costs shall be payable us are provided for similar matters or proceedings in the Original Jurisdiction of the Couer,

FEES IN WINDING-UP.

The fees mentioned in Table A shall be taken in adhesive stamps, which shall be cancelled by perforation by the Registrar or a Deputy Registrar of the Court.

The fees mentioned in Table B slili be taken by the Official Receiver ju money.

Whenever practicable the stamp shall be affixed or the money paid in respect of every fee before the proceeding is had in respect of which the fee is payable,
