The Hong Kong Trunway Company, Limited, shall pay, to the Governingut

the following Royalios, that is to say :—

(a.) From 2nd September, 1911, for the period of twenty-five years, a Royalty amounting to five per cent, por nunum of the profits of the Company.

(4.) After the said period of twenty-five years (22nd September, 1939) has expired and for so long as the Company shall exorciso their mid rights, powers and anthorities & Royalty amounting to twenty-five per cent, per mini of the profits of the Company.

For the purpose of this section profits shall be the gross takings of the Company less working expenses, and such working expenses shall not be doemed to include any interest or dividends upon any mouoys borrowed for the purposes of the Company,
