SLAUGHTER-HOUSES :—

Sola privilege of slaughtering animals for the food of man within any part of Shaukiwan and Abordeen granted by Tender for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1926, for $3,120 and $1,584 respectively.

Sole privilege of the daily collection and removal of blood and hair from the Slaughter-honses sittinted at Kennedy Town in the City of Victoria and at Ma Tau Kok in Kowloon granted by Tomler for one year from 1st January to 31st December, 1926, or $9,960 and $2,760 respectively.

Depôts for Cattle, Pigs, Shoep nul Gouts at Kounely Town and Ma Tan Kok:-

The fee payable for each hend of enttle housed in » Government Depôt shall be fifty cents when eattle so housed me removed to any place other than the Slaughter-bouse adjoining such Depôt or another Government Depôt, and the foo payable for enclt pig, shoop and gont similarly housed and removed shall be ten rents, No fee is payalde au ndmission........................
