Double or cessate Probate or Letters of Administration de bonis non or cessate and duplicate and triplicate Probates or Letters of Administration when the Personal Estate is under $3,000-The same Fee as on a first grant under the same sum.
When the Personal Estate is of the sum of $3,000 and over, Probate of a Codicil or Lotters of Administration with a Codicil annexel being a Codicil to a Will already proved-Saino Feo as on a duplicate or tripli- cate Probate or Letters of Administration with the Will annexed.
Estates of Small Value.

Whore the whole Estate of a person dying intestate does not exceed in valne tho sum of $500 the necessary administration papers are to be filled up in the Registry of the Supreme Court and the parties sworn or declared to the same without payment of any Fee save the undermentioned.
Estates sworn at and under $100,
For every $50 or fraction of $50 over the first $100,
The above fees do not include Probato duties.
Estates sworn under $250 exempt from Probate Duty.
