Para. 3 Section 94 of Ordinance No. 13 of 1873. euarts that mutil a new Seale of Court Fees shall have been provided for use uuder the said Ordinance, by any General Rulo or Order of the Supreme Court, or otherwise, and in so far as any snch new Seale may be incomplete, nil questions relating to the amount of steh Fees shall be referred to the Registrar.
