REGISTRATION OF COMPANIES.

Fees to be paid by a Company having a Capital divided into Shares.

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital does not exceed

$10,000, a Fee of

For Registration of a Company whose Nominal Capital exceeds $10,000, the above Fee of $50, with the following additional Fees, regulated according to the amount of Nominal Capital; (that is to say).—

For every $5,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $5,000, after the first

$10,000, up to $25,000.

For every $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $25,000, up to $500,000,

For every $10,000 of Nominal Capital, or part of $10,000, after the

first $500,000,..
