Under this head the following Receipts are brought to account:-

1, Amount realized by the sale of Unserviceable Stores.

2, Amount realized by the sale of Building standing upon the Old British Post Office Lot,

Yokohama.

REIMBURSEMENTS IN AID OF EXPENSES INCURRED BY GOVERNMENT.

Under this head are brought to account Receipts accruing from the sale of Articles manu-

factured by Prisoners. C.S.O. No. 2796 of 1877.

Sick Stopages from Police Force according to the following scale authorized under Ordinance

For every discharge of Seaman,

Contribution from Imperial Post Office, £810=$3,888 annually.

annum.

Sums contributed from balance of Interest on Special Fund Investments, towards Police

Sale of Chinese Gazette at 5 cash per copy.

Fees paid by Scholars at the Government Central School, according to instructions contained

in C.S.O. No. 2621 of 1879.
