Police Rate at 61 per cent for Houses in the City of Victoria and at 5 cent for Houses in British Kowloon and the outlying Villages of the Colony; and the Lighting Hate at 1 per cent, the Fire Brigade Rato at per cent and the Water Rate at 1} jer cout por annum, for Houses in the City of Victoria,
The Rates are payable Quarterly in advance between the first and last days of the first month in each quarter.
These several Rates are chargeable on and recoverable from the owners of the Tenements in respect of which the above assessments have been made.
Fixed annually by tho Governor in Executivo Council under tho Rating Ord. No. 12 of 1875, and Government Notification of 28th December, 1878.
