Au Ordinance to amend the Buildings Ordinance.
[1st May, 1978]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and con- sent of the Legislative Council thereof,
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Buildings (Amendment) Sbon ile and Ordinance 1978 and shall come into operation on the Ter May 1978.

2. Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended- (0) in the definition of "building" by inserting after "office," the cap. 121.1
following-
"oil storage Installation,":
(6) by inserting after the definition of "occupier" the following-
***oil storage installation" means any tank having a capacity of not less than 110,000 litres, or a group of tanks any one of which is a tank having a capacity of not less than 110,000 litres, constructed above ground level for the purpose of storing oil and petroleum products;",
Section 38 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

in subsection (1) by inserting after paragraph (0) the following dew paragraph-
"(la) the design, construction, licensing, inspection, testing and maintenance of oil storage installations and matters
