connected therewith, including the imposition of restrie- tions and conditions relating to the use of such installa- tions for the storage of oil and petroleum products; and for the establishment of a Standing Advisory Commitles to advise the Building Authority ön such matters relat- ing to oil storage installations as may be specified in the regulations;":
(h) by deleting subsection (4) and substituting the following-
"(4) Regulations under this section may provide that a contravention of any specifled provision thereof shall be an offence and-

(4) in the case of a contravention óf a regulation under subsection (1)ia), may provide penalties not exceed- Ing a fine of $100,000 and imprisonment for 2 years; (6) in any other case, may provide penalties not exceed-
ing a fine of $2,000" and Imprisonment for months.".
