An Ordinance to amend the Hong Kong Polytechnic Ordinance,
(13th January, 1978]
Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Hong Kong Polytechnic sunt side, (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by Repeal and the following-

"Academic Board" means the Academic Board of the Poly-
technic established under section BA;

"Council" means the Council of the Polytechnic established
under section 5;
"Director" and "Deputy Director" mean respectively the Director of the Polytechnic and the Deputy Director of the Polytechnic;
