An Ordinance to amend the Workmen's Compensation Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof,
L. This Ordinance may be cited as the Workmen's Compensation Short due. (Amendment) Ordinance 1978.
2. Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended in paragraph Amendment of (a) of the proviso thereto by deleting "$2,000" and substituting the section 3. following-

3. Section 901) of the principal Ordinance is amended paragraph (5)rre
(a) by deleting the full stop and substituting a colon; (6) by adding the following proviso-
