(c) the payment of fees or charges for the use of any public funeral hall or for the use of any services provided therein or in connexion therewith and any waiver thereof;

(d) the persons by whom and the conditions upon which

the facilities of public funeral halls may be used; (e) the maintenance of good order in public funeral

halls.".

3. The Third Schedule to the principal Ordinance is amended by Thind Schedule. inserting in the first, second and third columns, after the item relating to

section 123(1), the following new items→
