a vesting notice, under the hand of any public officer authorized by the Governor to sign such instruments, may be registered in the Land Office against the relevant interest of which the tenement to which the demand relates forms a part."; and
(c) in subsection (3) by inserting after "subsection (1)" the following
"or subsection (1A)".
