An Ordinance to amend the Crown Rights (Re-entry and Vesting

Remedies) Ordinance,

[25th November, 1977)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Crown Rights (Re-entry and Shon Uite. Vesting Remedies) (Amendment) Ordinance 1977.

1. Section 2 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Act of after the definition of "lot" the following new definition—

*"new Crown lease" means such a lease as is deemed to be granted under Part II of the Crown Leates Orditance:",

Section 7 of the principal Ordinance is amended —

(a) in subsection (12) by inserting after "Crown lease" the

following-

", a new Crown Lease"; and

(b) by inserting after subsection (1) the following new subsection- *(IA) Where default is made in the payment of a demand under section 13(1) of the Crown Leases Ordinance
