whom he is satisfied is guilty of disobedience of police regulations, or any police orders whether given verbally or in writing.

(2) The Governor may, if he thinks

fit in any particular case, declare that a police officer dismissed under subsection shall for the purposes only of the Pensions (Cap. 89.) Ordinance be deemed to have retired from

the public service in accordance with paragraph (d) of section 6 of the Pensions Ordinance.

An Ordinance to amend the Diplomatic Privileges Ordinance.

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Diplomatic Privileges Shon tule. (Amendment) Ordinance 1977.

1. The principal Ordinance is amended by deleting the long title Replacement of thereof and substituting the following-

"To make provision as to privileges, immunities and facilities to be accorded in respect of certain international organizations and in respect of persons connected with such organizations and other persons: to apply to Hong Kong the law for the lime being in force in England relating to bæmunities and privileger as to the person, property or servants of sovereigns, diplomatic agents or the representatives of sovereign powers: and for matters.com- nected therewith and incidental thereto.".
