Government to the contrary, and without prejudice to section 38, the Commissioner may summarily diemiss any police officer whom he is satisfied ie guilty of disobedience of police regulations, or any police orders whether given verbally or in writing.
(2) The Governor pay, if he thinks fit in any particular case, declare that
a police officer dismissed under subsection shall for the purposes only of the Pensions (Cap. 89.) Ordinance be deemed to have retired from
the public service in accordance with paragraph (1) of section 6 of the Pensions Ordinance.".
