(2) The resolution referred to in subsection (1) shall not take effect unless within one month of the passing thereof the Chamber files with the Registrar
(a) a certificate under the seal of the Chamber that such resolution
bas been duly passed; and
(b) a printed copy of the memorandum as amended.
4.
Nothing in this Ordinance shall affect or be deemed to affect the rights of Her Majesty the Queen, Her Heirs or Successors, or the rights of any body politic or corporate or of any other person except as are mentioned in this Ordinance and those claiming by, trom or under them.
