Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as The Hong Kong General Cham- short tide. ber of Commerce (Amendment of Memorandum) Ördinance 1976.
2. In this Ordinance, unless the context otherwise requires— "Chamber" means The Hong Kong General Chamber of Commerse: “memorandum" means the Memorandum of Association of the Chamber; "Registrar" has the same meaning as in the Companics Ordinance.
