3. Section 8 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting, before "Schedule", the fallowing-

A person appointed under section 8 of the Independent |
Commission Against Corruption, Ordinance”; and
Schedule
(6) re-numbering the Schedule as the Second Schedule.
