of the Legislative Council thereof.
1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Road Traffic (Amendment) Short diße. Ordinance 1975,

Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
Amendoners pl section 1.
(a) in subsection (1) by inserting, after paragraph (F), the following HD. 230)
new paragraph-
*(fa) restricting the number of passengers who may be carried
in or on any vehicle:"; and
(b) in subsection (3) by inserting after "offence" where it first occura
the following

"on the part of the registered owner of the vehicle or any
other person".
Section 26B of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting Autement of before "Schedule" in each place where it occurs the following-
section 26B.
