(4) In this section-
"functions" includes powers and duties;
"public officer" includes any corporation created for the

This Ordinance may be cited as the Public Services Commission Short Gille. (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended
(4) in subsection (2)—
( in paragraph (a) by deleting "the Deputy Colonial Secretary";
and
(ii) by deleting paragraphs (e) and ( and substituting the following-
"Fun Schedule. (e) any office specified in the First Schedule."; and
(b) by inserting the following new subsection-
"(3) The Legislative Council may by resolution amend Flot Schedule. the First Schedule.",
