(3) A certificate issued by the Colonial Secretary that any properly vested in a public officer immediately before a resolution under this section takes effect has been trans- ferred by virtue of the resolution to another public officer shall be conclusive evidence of the transfer.

"public officer" includes any corporation created for the purpose of incorporating a person for the time being holding a public office.".

The Colonial Secretary may, by notice (which may be given retrospective effect) in the Gazette, declure a change in title of any public officer or public body, or of any person referred to in soy Ordinance, and the dotice may contain provisions substituting the new title in any Ordinance pelay ing to the public officer, public body or person and in spy instrument, contract or legal proceedings made or commended before the date on which the notice takes effect.".

Section 84 of the principal Ordinance is amended by inserting after "or olber officer concerned in the management of the company," the followingTM
