(d) by inserting after paragraph (4) the following new paragraph— "(for) providing for the keeping of such registers or records by Wholesale dealers in poison as may be prescribed;";
(e) by deleting paragraph (7) and substituting the following —
“() providing for the licensing of manufacturers by the Board, including a right of appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision by the Bourd concerning the isque, revocation or suspension of a licence to manufacture?";
( by inserting after paragraph () the following new paragraph-
"(ja) providing for the control of the manufacture of phar-
maceutical products and poisons?"; and

(g) by inserting at the end thereof the following new subsection—
(2) A regulation made under this section may provide that a contravention thereof shall be an offence and may prescribe penalties for such offence not exceeding the penalties specified in section 34.”
3. Section 35 of the principal Ordinance is amended in subsection (2) by deleting "and of any regulations made thereander".
