An Ordinance to amend the Pharmacy and Poisons Ordinance,

[4th July, 1975)

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent

of the Legislative Council thereof.

I. This Ordinance may be cited as the Pharmacy and Poisons Short dile. (Amendment) Ordinance 1975.

Section 29 of the principal Ordinance is amended-

(a) by being recumbered as subsection (1):

(5) by inserting after paragraph (e) the following new paragraph-

"(es) exempting any article or substance from the provisions

of this Ordinance;";

(c) by deleting paragraph (2) and substituting the following-

"Ch) providing for the licensing of wholesale dealers in poison, including the establishment of a committee for that pur pose, and for a right of appeal to the Supreme Court against a decision of such committee concerning the issue, revocation or suspension of a licence to deal in whole- sale poisons;":
