3. Section 3 of the principal Ordinance is amended—
(a) in subsection (1) by inserting after "any new businces" the
following-
or carrying on any business to which this Ordinance is made to apply"; and
(6) in subsection (2) by inserting after "new business" the following- "or of the date on which this Ordinance is made to apply to a business, as the case may be,”.
4. Section 16 of the principal Ordinance is amended by deleting. paragraph (b).
