Rule 8(2) of the Coroners Rules is amended-
(a)
by deleting the full stop at the end thereof; and (b) by inserting the following at the end thereof-
"and the Commissioner of Police.".

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice and consent
of the Legislative Council thereof.

This Ordinance may be cited as the Trustee (Amendment) Ordine Shon Wide myt ance 1975 and shall come into operation on a day to be appointed by the convencent. Governor by notice in the Gazette.

77. (1) Any company incorporated in Hong Kong (not (Cwp. 29.) being a private company within the meaning of section 29 of the Companies Ordinance) may apply in writing to the Registrar of Companies to be registered as a trust company under this Part.
(2) A company which makes an application under sub- section (1) shall be eligible to be registered under this Part if, but only if-
(a) the objects of the company as set out in its merno- randum and articles of association are restricted to some or all of the objects set out in section Bl;
