An Ordinance to amend the Coroners Ordinance.

[4th April, 1975]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. This Ordinance may be cited as the Coroners (Amend. Short title. ment) Ordinance 1975.

2. Section 5 of the principal Ordinance is amended by Amendment

inserting after subsection (2) the following new subsection--

of section

5.

"(3) Where a medical officer or registered medical practi- ( 143 tioner reports to a coroner under subsection (1) or subsection

(2), he shall at the same time send a copy of such report

to the Commissioner of Police.".
