3. Section 11 of the principal Ordinance is repealed and replaced by the following-

An Ordinance to amend the Toland Revenue Ordinance.

[24th January, 1975]

Enacted by the Governor of Hong Kong, with the advice

and consent of the Legislative Council thereof.

1. (1) This Ordinance may be cited as the Inland Revenue Short title (Amendment) Ordinance 1975,

(2) Section 29 shall be deemed to have come into operation on the 1st April 1974 and shall apply to assessments for the year of assessment commencing on the 1st April 1974 and to subsequent years of assessment.

(3) Sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 20, 21, 22, 25, 26, 27, 30, 31, 32, 33, 40, 41, 43 and 44 shall come into operation on the 1st April 1975 and shall apply to assessments for the year of assessment commencing on the 1st April 1975 and to subsequent years of assessment.

Section 2(1) of the principal Ordinance is amended-

and com- mencement.
